Our Spot Damp Survey is designed to investigate a specific area of concern rather than your entire property. Perfect if you’ve noticed signs of damp, mould, or moisture in one location, this focused inspection allows us to quickly identify the likely cause and discuss the most effective treatment options.

Unlike a full survey, this service does not include a written report. Instead, our surveyor will sit down with you at the end of the visit to explain their findings and talk through tailored solutions for rectifying the issue and preventing it from returning.
